Tags worn as the only form of identification are done so at the owner’s discretion, and owners are responsible for ensuring their pet is properly identified in accordance with local laws.
>Product Quality: All TagLab items are handmade and 3D printed, meaning each piece is unique. While we carefully inspect all items, small variations, minor imperfections, or differences in colour may occur. Colours may also appear different on screen compared to the finished product due to printing and display variations.
>Durability: TagLab tags are durable, waterproof, and lightweight, but they are not chew-proof. Hardware may tarnish over time, with black coated hardware potentially tarnishing faster than standard metal. Tags are not dishwasher or washing machine safe, flammable when exposed to flame, and should not be exposed to temperatures over 40°C. Tags are worn at the owner’s own risk, and TagLab accepts no liability for damage or injury resulting from use.
>Tag Customisation: All personalised and custom tags are made to order. We cannot accept returns or exchanges, so please ensure all customisation details are correct before ordering. Any phone number added to the back of a tag will be visible to anyone who handles the tag. For custom designs created by TagLab, we retain ownership of the design and reserve the right to resell or reproduce it.
>Copyright & Intellectual Property: All TagLab designs, artwork, and branding are owned by TagLab. Copying, reproducing, or selling TagLab designs without permission is strictly prohibited.
>NFC Tags: NFC tags require a compatible smartphone to access stored information. Not all phones are NFC-enabled, and internet access may be required to view certain content. Information stored on the tag can be seen by anyone with a compatible device. TagLab is not affiliated with any third-party apps or platforms used to store or display information.
>Privacy: Information provided during checkout is secure and is used solely for the purpose of creating your custom tag. This is a standard purchase of a customisable product, and by placing an order, the customer acknowledges that their personal information will be stored and used only to fulfil the order.
>General Use & Liability: By purchasing and using TagLab products, you agree that you are responsible for your pet and the use of the tags. TagLab accepts no liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from use, including damage to property, pets, or third parties.
