Yes! We can engrave a single name or phone number onto the back of your tag during the 3D printing process, so each one is made just for your pet. Due to the size limitations of printing nozzles, we can only fit one piece of information on the back of each tag.

We suggest using your TagLab tag as a fun accessory, or as a standalone tag at your own discretion. We take no responsibility for ensuring your pet has the correct level of identification.

Yes! We can create custom designs by converting drawings into 3D models, making each tag unique. We have custom listings available, but please don’t place an order until we’ve discussed your idea, as not all requests are possible.

TagLab tags are easy to keep looking their best. Simply use a damp cloth or a small brush with water to remove any dirt or grime. Avoid exposing the tag to temperatures over 40°C, and do not put it in the dishwasher or washing machine. Also, stay away from harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the material and finish.

For cats and smaller breeds, the small tag is usually the best fit. Dogs of any breed from spaniels upwards will generally suit the large size, and pets with lots of fluff often go for the large tags so they stand out more.

In terms of hardware, the small tag will only fit collars and very small harnesses. If you’re unsure, we recommend lobster clips or large spring loops, as these fit most collars and harnesses.

If you have a super short pup or a particularly bouncy dog, we can attach standard hardware directly to the tag - just let us know when ordering. This option is available with standard hardware loops only.
